Ill be doing a practice run this weekend on an creole butter injected pork shoulder. If it turns out right, Ill be doing it again at Paint Creek.

I am trying to borrow a turkey fryer as well if I can secure one I will bring shrimp sausage taters and corn for a boil. That can be lunch Saturday with any leftovers from Friday night.
