Im doing pulled pork Friday, sounds like @Outdoorsfellar is doing ribs, not sure what day and @Clay Showalter was bringing something as well. Clay, any more details? When and what?

Can we get someone to cover paper plates, forks, knives, spoons etc?

I was going to bring some N.C. bbq, slaw, buns, can be heated up for any day or meal needed.

I'll do my ribs on Saturday for supper, probably 4 racks worth. That's all I'm doing for the weekend. I will bring those blueberry muffins if available.
