no farm equipment for miles here and there still aint no deer

8:30 and we are back at the house. Missed the damn rut again. SMH
Getting texts left and right from my wife and dad. They’re both in Medina county hunting and seeing all kids of movement. My dads been watching the big mature 8 point I saw yesterday. He’s still with the doe from last night. The wife has seen two small bucks and several doe. Wishing I was still in the woods chasing bucks! Haha

Two more different antlerless deer came blasting through here on a dead run. No horny toad seen behind them, but I'm willing to bet there's one out in that lower CRP that is bumping them up and out of thier beds.
That big buck is no doubt still in the area. I'm waiting patiently for him.

Looking for guidance... seeing lots of does in my cams at night but no bucks following them at all. No bucks seen in weeks on the cams but still the does showing up only at night. I’m hunting in Creston. Do you guys think it’s just not time yet here? I’m confused as fuck!! Not a single deer seen during daylight and I’ve sat about 12 times so far. They are here, just not seeing what everyone else is seeing.

Each area is a little different there sometime isnt a reasonable explanation, jagermeister had rut activity like crazy on his side of the countyall week and I still have bucks walking and feeding together 10 minutes down the road from him

Might just not be happening on you. Can make for some long, boring sits but like many say it only takes that one hot doe for your entire sit to change in an instant.
