Well, Kristi liked the snapper tacos so much that I made blackened walleye tacos twice since the snapper and blackened shrimp tacos once. I made them for our friends that came to play euchre, Kristi's son and kids that came in from Virginia this weekend and for my daughter that spent the night last night. Used the leftovers to make walleye nachos. I am thinking that maybe I should move to Florida and open a fish taco food truck...
