Ran into a friend of mine Saturday. Said he's been running Black Gate cell cams . Showed me pics from them and they look great especially the night pics. The company is local out of Peebles Ohio. The best part is the data plan. He is running eleven cams. 8000 pics a month for$45.00. great deal and they pull from 4 different networks at the same time so they work just about anywhere. Just wondering if anyone on here is using them yet? They cost $140 each btw

Sounds like a new and improved cam. Hopefully it is a great cam. I’m tired of one or two year cams.

I read that as you pay $45/month for 8K pics, regardless of the # of cams. That's a deal. I'm paying more than that to run 6 cams and way less pics. Assuming that's the actual deal.

I have 4 of them. Extremely good pic quality. Battery life is just ok, but going to get some solar panels and see how they do. I only do the 9 dollar a month plan and have her to run out of pics.

I'm currently watching that video, thank you! Very interesting!! If true, I'm changing my cell cam solution immediately. I wondered this myself. As you may know, my REVEALS are busy, especial at the main feed site. I am confident that camera should send more than 200pix/day often. I will be lookiong further into this, and will be contacting REVEAL about it as well.

Each cam you add will only add another $3.00 a month. They have several different plans. He is paying $15.00 for one cam and 8k pics. Then you can add additional cams for $3.00 each a month and the pics overlap on the 8k plan.

4g will be around for quite a few more years. There currently hasn’t been any talk from the big 3 on any plans to phase it out. We just turned off 3g in February of 2022 so 4g will be around for a while.

According to their data chart, the minimum bundle price is $60, then an additional $3 per camera after the first one. I don’t understand how he’s running 11 cams for $45. Unless I’m just misinterpreting the chart. At the prices listed in the chart, it’s really no cheaper than running my spypoints.

That $60 dollar plan is using the 40k plan. My friends #1 cam is the 8k plan which is only $15. That's how he is only paying $45. He is not running them a feed stations so 8000 pics are plenty for him
