Good job hickslawns! Used to be that there were folks out hunting groundhogs all summer all the time. I know some areas there aren't many anymore but there are some where there is no shortage. Nice to know I'm not the only one out there who hunts all summer long.

Have to work all week so more than likely won't get out until the weekend. But I am not setting foot in the squirrel woods until the temperature drops below 80. I'll probably try and shoot some doves out of the old sweet corn patch unless I continue on my groundhog hunting ways.

They had built a den in an embankment created when a pond was built long ago and those are the concrete, pipe and rocks that are supporting the embankment where the overflow tile for the pond comes through. If that makes any sense. There is no shortage of them around here. I see them all up...
