All year or seasonal for coyotes?

I’m not sure what that means? Does that mean you go when you have the opportunity any time of year?

All year or seasonal for coyotes?

Do you guys hunt all year or do you take a break Spring-Summer? Curious to hear reasons on why a break is taken if it is? I.e: Trying not to kill pups? Maintaining the population for your hunting areas?

    Groundhog tactics?

Thanks for your input. I appreciate it! I am using the 22-250 and have got 3 recently. Even after a clean headshot that thing didn’t stop moving immediately. I could t believe it was moving at all when I walked up on it and saw the destruction.

    Groundhog tactics?

That could be a good time. Would have to up the shot size to turkey loads or heavier probably to take down a fat hog I bet.

    Groundhog tactics?

I have my 22-250 and got 1 furthest out at 303 yards a couple weeks ago. Happy with that flat shooter.

Hello, I am from Ohio and live in Licking County. I hunt and fish in Licking and Perry county. I hunt coyotes, deer, groundhogs, squirrels, foxes and rabbits. I fish for bass, saugeyes, crappie, catfish and carp. I’d like to learn and share tips and tactics about those activities.

    Groundhog tactics?

I have a few things I consider when I’m Groundhog hunting. Was hoping to see if you guys have any other thoughts I haven’t heard of? Here’s what I am trying: - finding their hole locations (talking with landowners) - covering up a hole with brush and checking back to see if it gets cleared out...
