Snakes are always on my mind when in the woods of Northern Jersey.... Rock outcroppings everywhere, just ask Dan... And yes area I'm going has rattlers....

A few bucks are starting to show up lately... Nothing that puts lead in my pencil, but none the less nice to see....The two I'm after are a no show so far... Looks like camera is out of wack, so either tomorrow or Thurs. I'll take a walk and swap cameras out... I'll also take a bucket of Lucky...

J.... Yup that's a Jersey snake... We have a few areas that are infested with them... Area Dan and Jon have hunted have quite a few... Funny as old as I am and all the time I spend in the woods I have yet to see a rattlesnake or copperhead... I kinda like it that way... When going through rocky...

Friend went to put out a trail camera and move a few others... Look what he bumped into...Took a pic and vacated the area...

Nice size bear who is a regular on camera however has a little mange problem on his back... So he gets a pass...

So today I went to clean a new customers swimming pool... Turns out her husband passed away over the winter and in our conversation one thing led to another and it turns out he was into the outdoors, but never hunted.. Somehow military backgrounds came up and he was a B52 pilot... He even owned...

Shot the big Anderson broad heads (who remembers them) down to the small Slick Tricks .. Always spun my arrows with the broad heads on... They better have...

Told a local dealer to get the original truck ( Trail Boss ) from the other dealer.. After thinking about it I can deal with the shorter bed not a big deal... Gave him a price Im willing to pay... Make that happen and I'll be here next week with a bank check in hand ... If not back to getting a...
