What is up with all the 2 shot kills I'm hearing?!

Deer are a resilient creature, I once made the mistake of shooting one between the eyes with an arrow, that didn't end well, while I try to make my years as a marksmen in the ARMY count for something, it doesn't always happen with the one shot drop, and depending on your adjoining neighbors, you...

Change coming to Ohio life time license

I think back 30 years ago to hunting with my papaw and I think back from age 8 as the years have progressed all the changes in hunting, the rules, the bickering, all the awful things marketing the outdoors has done to hunting, it pained me to leave Idaho and all the traditional things that the...

    Contractors.

I've gone through the same thing myself, roof is leaking, I'm a HVAC tech and I just don't have the time to do it myself. The way I see it if you're in business for yourself and you can't return a call or show up when you say you're going to then pack your bags and hang it up cause ain't no one...

Change coming to Ohio life time license

When I lived in Idaho they tried that method, rose the tag price way up, purchased tags became nearly non existent, they dropped the fee after two years. I would be willing to wager Ohio reads into that oversight on the wording and makes attempts to correct that to residential only, most states...

What do you do for a living?

Given government burocracy and red tape that could very well be a fact

What do you do to prepare

Usually shoot year round. At times I'll toss my rhienhart in the back of the van, bow in case and I'll take her out to some of my jobs and get some good angle shots from 22-36' roof tops. When I was hunting out west I'd go into the foothills practicing uphill shots too, those are always harder...

What do you do for a living?

Sorry copied wrong person's quote. I ask because I have been being offered a county position as a head HVAC engineer and that wasn't discussed, the loss of some hourly pay to get a 14% return match towards retirement would be sweet but not sure what that time period is.

What do you do for a living?

HVAC technician. Worked all across the US, worked for a large manufacturer as a sort of field service leason which took me to many places, got sick of the constant travel, and went into the residential HVAC sector for 17 years, then for some reason that evades me still to this day I had the...

    Faucet Repair.

Yes sir, that I can guarantee. I can't tell you how many of those plastic nuts I've snapped with a basin wrench. So long as it ain't you that's gotta deal with trying to fix it later, I'd definitely say the epoxy is the way to go.

    City deer

I do have an Amish gentleman that has a large farm out east of Peebles that I offered to hunt yotes and he was very open to the idea. He asked if I'd hunt fox too. That's a new one for me.

    City deer

Ya I talk to alot of people who would like to have me hunt with them but the farms they hunt are family or friend owned and they are not really okay with others hunting their land. I will start looking for places to hunt when I can actually get back into everything, right now I'd just trapes...
