We haven’t had any issue with bugs...we’ve been at different times in July. I hear early summer or late spring can get the swarms, but all from hearing, not experiencing.

Anyone thinking of camping here, just book it. Figure out details later. I recommend later in the summer if possible, when the bugs have come and gone.

You nailed in about avoiding the rental. For me, even though our local market is pretty hot, I know myself well enough to know that I would not sleep knowing I was building without my house sold.
