Time to ask the tough questions.

I would write similar letters to all the hunting "personalities" as well.

Thoughts on GPS tracked work vehicles

Well it sounds like I may have been taken the wrong way. It's a bit of an uphill battle around here if you aren't one of the group. For instance what if I made the post in ur other thread saying your yard looked like shit? I would have not gotten a free pass. My main points were it may be...

Thoughts on GPS tracked work vehicles

It sounds like you are well balanced. From what i have seen around here It can be hard to find good employees in the landscape industry that care. If you got them, keep them. They may save you more money than the gps, but you seem to get that. As far as your fuel, the 30-35k you spend on...

Thoughts on GPS tracked work vehicles

For several reasons I think its a bad idea. From a morale, even a roi stand point I don't think it makes sense. You may be better giving the 1,200 to your foreman or guys in some sort of incentive program, (they probably feel under paid anyways). My buddy tried the "repairs will be deducted...

Hey man all sheds are cool in my book. The size was really my wifes idea. She wants the garage empty and we didn't want to do extra buildings in the future.

Downloaded some pics from my cam. 16'x24'x12' sidewalls and 12:12 pitch. Second floor loft is 10' up and about 16' wide and half the length. The loft ceiling has about a 9' peak in the center. Later I can easily take the loft across the rest of the length myself. lean to is 8x24x8'...

    Rotating Magazines

I agree. I was in a situation where I thought I was caught off guard and needed to load a clip. I had .45acp hollowpoints falling over the floor cause the adrenaline already kicked in and i couldn't get them in the magazine.

    Shed recommendations

I just explored all these avenues. I was playing with getting a prefab shed, taking a timber framing course in TN, even bought a cheap barn plan from the internet. We pulled into a shed place, the wife took one look at what they had and said that I could fill it up in about 3 hours. She was...
