I ran into the same temp swings in the tent during lights off. Ended up running a small ceramic heater on a thermostat to keep it from dropping too low.

I went with a digital picture frame this year and loaded it up with old hunting camp photos, the kids growing up, and a few goofy shots from past family trips. She lit up when it cycled through the memories. Way easier than flipping through albums and it changes up every time she looks at it...
