Anyone get started yet? I spent from about 8 this morning til 4 this afternoon trekking around the wildlife area scouting/shed hunting. Didn't find any sheds but did find some great sign and a couple of good looking funnels/potential stand locations.

What's your favorite terrain feature, saddle, bench, creek bottom, etc..., to hunt and why?

I'm thinking about picking up a crossbow to tinker around with. I love shooting compound and have been into archery far longer than I have hunting, but I'm a little bored with it at the moment. Any recommendations for a used high end or new mid-range crossbow? I have never owned or shot one...

I got tired of the cheap targets wearing out so fast so I invested in a Block target. well after about 3-5 dozen broad heads my arrows are about to be blowing through this thing already.... Any recommendations on something that will last a couple of years? I usually end up buying 2 targets...
