Is it true that the full moon affects your sleep cycle? I am tired as a dog but the last two nights I haven't been able to fall asleep until 3 and 4, and that's laying in bed for 2 or 3 hours, watching tv, music on, both off, etc... and getting up at 7 dog tired... I need a nightcap...
