ohio record buck

I've had this photo in a file for a couple years, and hoping you guys can once again help fill in the blanks... Supposedly from Ohio and scoring in excess of 300 inches, gross or net I don't know. It could even be shed antlers mounted on an artificial skull plate. Anyone have any info?
