I don't really have the recipe but the wife and I went out for her b-day on Tuesday. We shared a dish called wild mushroom pasta. It was probably the best pasta dish I have ever had. It had shitaki, portabella, and oyster mushrooms in a cream sauce. What really blew my mind was the pasta though...
