Well boys, I finally received the new heads yesterday, and I'm going to give my honest opinion, so if anyone else has these, let me know what you agree/disagree with. I'll be honest, I was curious, and skeptical, of how they would fly. I've never shelled out this kind of money for 3 heads, but...

I was wondering if anybody has found a way to keep your downspouts from freezing solid ? I have a patio with with an awning covering the span of the concrete pad and the stupid downspout has frozen solid and starting to bust the seam. I have an electric heat gun but it seems to take for ever...
