I am headed to North Dakota for the bow opener August 31 to try and shoot my first velvet buck. I have always wanted to shoot a velvet buck and the days can not pass soon enough.

Here are a few bucks from the last couple weeks. Nothing great yet, but this is only from 1 location. This buck kind of has my attention for a year or 2 down the line...

I recieved an email a few months back and ordered up a 1/2 dozen more cameras for my buddies property... I put them out a few weeks ago, just havent been down to check them.. Have seem some local bucks in velvet, but looking forward to October... Hows everyone else views on bucks... Anyone...

I know we are all starting to see some deer that we'll be able to keep track of for the rest of the summer, so I figured it might be a good idea to have a place to keep track of sightings and such that might not have pics or vids to go along with them... We did a little back roading last...
