I went out for the first time Geese hunting on Sat. It was a blast. Built a blind and set out the decoys in a flooded cut corn field. The geese were everywhere. I am hooked. I should have tried this a long time ago. Now I need some good Geese recipes

made some goose and duck breast last night maranated in italian for a day then just baked in oven on 325 for 40 minutes it was damn good

Good stuff Strother. But just realize you got spoiled! Lol. It doesn't always work out that well.

An easy goose recipe... Cook in Crock-Pot on low with beef broth for 8 hours, then drain and shred. Mix with sweet baby Ray's BBQ sauce and make sandwiches.
