Who won the turkey contest?

Killed my first bird in 84,hard to believe 1,000 birds killed that yr.
Back then ya had to put in to draw a tag,you either got both weeks or the second week only.

A good locust hatch last year and a mild winter made for a big boom in birds.

It was a great season in Ohio. I killed my first in 1991. At least one every year for 27 straight now...over 3 states. I would like to go west for Merriams or Goulds in the near future.
