ABS module 04 Silverado 1500 4wd

No but they look pretty straight forward. Plug and play. They're located on the inner-side of the drivers side frame rail. 4 torx screws and two wiring clips

Some are easy and some are not. I don’t recall on the older ones because it’s been awhile since i have done one but it might need programmed after install

My 01 Silverado did, hence pulling the fuse. New ones didn’t have a good review either. Found a guy who’d rebuild them. But you’d have the issue of not having it for a couple weeks. But it still needed programmed too the truck at a dealer who was ridiculous on the price of doing that.

Its in a trusted shop - abs light and brake light on - concerned aboot e - check

Yeah dealer rates are high forsure. The dealer I’m at is at 139.99 an hour

I pulled it and ignored the light 😂

Works great until you forget to feather the brakes and lock em up and on a wet or snowy road. :ROFLMAO: Throwback to the 80s and Tokyo drift ohio style. :ROFLMAO:

Now they say it the computer and they can't get one because of the micro chip shortage - had a c20 350 4 on the floor for 25 years and still ran good when I gave it away - just don't make stuff like they use TOO

the computer as in the electronic brake control module?
