I apologize I have not been updating this page much as of late. Perch fishing has been on fire all fall. You can catch perch just about anywere now. I fished 15 miles north of Huron last Sunday and had the best perch day I have ever had. Four of us ended up with our limit and 30 or so of those fish were 11+ inches. We did not keep anything under 9 inches. It wasn't up and down action but it was steady. I am hoping to kill my buck within the next week so I can get back out fishing. Walleye fishing has been very slow all over the lake. They should fire up off Huron soon.

I've heard nothing but good reports myself on the perch fishing. Sure wish I could put a few bags in the freezer.

Jesse, you will have to get with Adam and work on a date for next year. I have some in the freezer so if you get up this way maybe we can get together for a fish fry

I have been out of the Huron river in 30 fow 4 times in the last 30 days with a buddy. We got our 60 perch each time out with many jumbos. Here is a pic of a double hooker.
