Bald Eagle Pic...

So we maintain a pool in lower New York state that is lakefront... There's a big dead tree in the backyard at waters edge... 90 % of the time there's a bald eagle perched in it... Here he is this morning...

Yeh... Sometimes there's 2 in the tree... Wish I could sneak up closer or had a good camera with a telephoto lens as this is just a cell phone pic... I get there and peak around house to see if they are there... If so I got one big oak between me and them... Once I get to the big oak it's game over as it's lawn from there to dead tree...

We see them up on Erie while fishing the break walls. They’ll perch on the rocks and you can get within 30-40 yards of them. Up close and personal they’ll put the fear in you while they’re staring you down and you see those talons…. Just knowing the damage they’ll inflict if they wanted too….
