Trap soaked for some time finally connected last nite with a damn dam running coyote. Big male, somewhat rubbed .. debating on tanning him.

Cranium - old school, sub sonic .22LRHP enough ummph to get thru the scull but not enough to exit. I read the lungs shot - but as I'm not selling fur, not worth the effort for the $, I'm getting a couple critters per species tanned for the cabin. Used to trap my hind end off when a youth, made real good money back in the late 70's and early 80's. That .22 in the video above is what I carried on the line way back then, first firearm I bought - $ came from trapping fur.
