Like several of you I have a tweener 10 point that I am on the fence about and there is a 8 point with a high basket type rack that is going to be a monster next year. I think both deer are 3.5 years old and I really want to let them walk, but both are located on a property that is a community woods that I typically use as a "meat hole" because of the hunter traffic. Last year I had a encounter with a similar buck that needed 1 more year to be a monster and my buddy smoked him lol after we had agreed to give him another year. Seriously considering taking this 10, but I am hoping the tall 8 that I am naming Chad survives. Thoughts on the 10, I am well aware that the indvidual hunter determines what a trophy is, but I value others opinions and I typically eat tags if the deer is not a 140 or better (I have killed enough 120's in my life but sick of eating tags and watching others kill these bucks I pass on). I also hunt property in Eastern Ohio where a ghost deer of a life time could show up any second during pre rut/rut.
