I found this email that I received moments ago to be rather interesting during a time of economic hardship for so many ( several small business have shut down for good recently within our own local town).
I felt that this information is worth sharing if you aren't already aware.
The interactive map of agencies is worth a peek,.

AG Yost Announces Body Armor Grants to Local Law Enforcement Will Continue
Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost is pleased to announce the expansion of the Ohio Law Enforcement Body Armor Program with $3.5 million in funding for fiscal year 2021. Law enforcement agencies are able to apply for grants that will reimburse 75% of the cost of body armor vests.
The program is administered by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office with funding for the program provided by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation as part of its Safety Intervention Grant Program. In its first two years, the program awarded grants exceeding $5.4 million to 525 local law enforcement agencies in all 88 Ohio counties. With their 25% local match, each agency can receive up to $40,000 from the program.
Agencies that have applied in the past and have not yet met the $40,000 limit may apply again. The application is available on the Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway (OHLEG).
An interactive map of agencies that received funding in the first two years of the program, and the amounts awarded, can be found at OhioAttorneyGeneral.gov/BodyArmorGrants.
