Boneview Card Reader.... Question??

Ok I got a boneview card reader for android phones... Is there a app that has to be loaded and where do you get it... Called Boneview only to get a recording: Due to this being the off season please go to our chat room... Like WTF... Their customer service sucks.... What ever happened to getting a live person to talk to...

Been with Boneview a couple years. This is my review with their 1.0 version :

I've moved from the File Explorer to the CX File Explorer - if you get the "Must give permissions to the data storage area..." CX does that for you - and takes away some of the asspain getting them to your phone so you can review in the stand... Haven't tried the FX - I did try the EX and it (or the version I got) seemed to have too much bloatwear. Try a couple and use the one with fewest ads and that solves the "permissions" to move/delete/change data on the storage of your choice. Samsung specifically, has the permissions issue.

Thanks Stressless... Well try Denny's version if it don't work, then we'll just consider Boneview a piece of garbage and throw it in the garbage... So if anyone affiliated with Boneview sees this, YOUR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK.....

I tried the boneview a few years back and had nothing but problems. Total POS in my opinion. I picked up a moultrie card reader for something like 9 bucks at rural king and it works like a charm. No problems whatsoever

That photo that I shared is of my old cellphone that I still use from time to time for the 'BONEVIEW' while afield. I've never had a problem with both the application nor any of the hardware either, not once. Each have to be many years old now and still works just fine for me.
