Yes, that does look like Degame, a.k.a. Lemonwood. Is that all glue on the riser or is there some thin laminations of dark colored wood, too? That dark purple glue is Weldwood Resorcinol, and very common in old bows. I actually used Resorcinol when I first started building bows..

I have no idea where it came from or who made it, but the vitals 60" long and 34# @ 26" tells me it's a bow for a woman or child. Those Lemonwood bows were usually much longer for longer draws and heavier draw weights.
