Jacket is 23 inches across pit to pit under the arms. I am 46 chest and it will go on but tight fit. So if you are 44 chest and smaller it will fit.

Pants are 29" inseam to crotch and 40" top of waist to bottom of cuff. Cuff looks like you could get a little more our of them, under 1"

Is the outer fleece or are they fleece lined?

Both inner and outer are fleece. About 1/2 inch thickness. Solid and heavy material. I wore them in late winter no issues. Very warm and windproof.
