Interesting indeed...I’d like to hear more about the driving force of this. Backed with facts of coarse. Seems like a entry level attack against all hunting/trapping/fishing.

The proponents say it’s a right that needs preserved due too the ever increasing tree hugging campaigns ranged against it.... The tree huggers are saying it’s a ploy to get more right leaning voters out since there’s like 4 different things on the ballot that need high conservative showings too pass...
I’m paraphrasing of course....

One of the alarming words I read was “ethical”. What’s ethical to me might not be to another person and vise verse.

To me, if they’re are going to tie my hunting rights as being constitutional, why do I have to pay the tax to do so?

What tax would that be? The license?

Under this circumstance, it’s a little different than the common core rights afforded by the constitution of the US.
Seems states constitutions are wide and varying.... Almost comical too a point...

Not picking on NC whatsoever and being this is being voted on down there, here’s a link too their constitution....

Some of the things in there you just have to shake your head at and say why? Why did that need added too it?
