We recently tried making Deer Hunter Brats and Reg Brats. Seasonings came from Butcher & Packer. This seasoning is excellent as directed. It's Brat Seasonings without being a bold/bity brat taste. It's a more mellow/medium in taste. We added 10% Hi-Temp Cheese to our patties and it turned out Great! Meat ratio was changed to 66%-33% for deer meat. The 2/3 Deer 1/3 Pork made patties that were more like a steak/brat. Glenna and I were quite impressed. If you ever ate or made (and liked) my bacon-deer burgers, you will really like these as well! If you make patties as we do, this will yield +- 100 patties.
