tried what you said, but I still have the same exact options as J when I click on my avatar at top of page. no "signature" option comes up. not using my phone. I'm on a laptop

I fixed Js. Can't explain why you don't have the option as your permissions allow it.

I had signatures enabled but the max characters allowed was set to zero.
