This is a Baby Trend jogging stroller, converted for Small Pets. The front wheel will steer or can be locked straight forward. It has 2 cup holders, sun visor, cargo basket (underneath), rear wheel locks and air tires.
The straps for the seat back for upright sitting of a baby are missing, therefore the increased space for a Small Pet. The front tray is also missing. The stroller is in perfect working order.
