Long time follower however first post which is pertinent to my background,

Your symptoms are possibly related to gallbladder disease and the pain in your back if it arises between your shoulder blades and is a dull or even sometimes sharp at time after eating can be classic for a gallstone causing intermittent blockage of the gallbladder. Some people may never have symptoms of gallstones however up to a 1/3 of people with gallstones develops complications related to them such as pancreatitis, blockage of the bile ducts, infection, etc...

In summary I would visit your doctor and begin the work up with an ultrasound to avoid the discussed complications. Feel free to pm if you have any further questions.
