Goose hunting video

I check in with Heartland Bowhunters website from time to time and ran across this last night. Season 4 episode13 = 4.13 that showed the guys goose hunting with BOWS and thought it was different.

After watching that, I think that's on the "to do" list now this year! I also think there might be some sensitive spots I could hunt where gun fire has been an issue with surrounding neighbors in the past.

Does look like some fun and practical in some instances but I wonder how far some of the birds made it after being shot and flapping wings out of there.

No, but that would certainly be a good spot too!!

There's a few spots near me that I've never tried to get permission to because of the proximity to houses and the problems I know it would cause. Not because you couldn't hunt there, legally you could. But because some suburbanite housewife would call the cops with all the barking a few 12 gauges would do. It just isn't worth the headache. But with a bow... now I'm thinking.
