This is a good method for those who like to grill. It starts with how you bone out your deer. Most people
bone there deer and then cut into steaks. I've found it to be much better to cut into 6 inch chunks. It freezes
better and its easier to package. You can always cut into steaks after thawing.
Take a grill chunk and cover it in olive oil. Put a lot of your favorite seasoning on it and put on grill.
make sure grill is hot, Sear both sides of the cuunk, Then lower the heat and cook to taste. Do not
over cook it. You can take a fork or tongs and press on the chunk, When it starts to firm up, Its done.
Slice it up thin and enjoy.
This has been a favorite in our camp as its easy and tastes great.
This also works great for turkey brests. Cut breasts into large chicken breasts size add olive oil and seasoning.
As with the venison, Do not over cook it.
