Ron sent me some pics of this fall mushroom delicacy this afternoon that he found and harvested. I'll post pics on here later but right now I'm in the tree. If I happen across any myself this fall, has any of you cooked, fried or eaten this stuff? If so, please share with me on what you recommend. Thanks!!!

My favorite way to eat them is fried in olive oil and butter rolled in flower, but I use them in any dish that has mushrooms.
I've been selling them to a local Italian restaurant and they use them in everything lol

I realize that this is rotten, but is this the same stuff? If so I will know where to get it next season. There where 4 this size on one down tree.
