Hey you Graphic Artists. Need some Quick Help.

I want to add an image to the bottom right corner of the page that will only be visible to guests. It's basically a nag image to register on the site.. Can be anything you like but it needs to have a word bubble like

"Welcome Guest. Please Register to Enjoy the full Content of the forum."

Or if you can think of Something more catchy then let me know..

Anything like a turkey, a deer, a hunter etc..
