Same here.... I cringe watching a steak ruined getting well done....

No more than medium rare here o any steak. In a former life I was a grill cook at Ponderosa in Findlay. Nothing more annoying than having waitstaff bring back a half eaten steak that the customer says was overcooked. Fuggers used to do that just to get twice as much steak
