Illegal fireworks factory explosion

Ran across this from a friend on Facebook, I have no memory of it, but it is a crazy story.

This was in my township. I knew some of the people involved, 1 that died. There was a mafia connection. They were making m80s and m100s. They were using flash powder which is very fine. It probably made a cloud of dust that a spark ignited and created a fuel air explosion. . Those responsible got light sentences, considering 9 people died. I think the longest got 6 years.
