I know there is a backroads thread, if there is already one for this please accept my apologies.
While shed hunting this morning I came across this baby owl. It must have gotten blown out of the nest last night. Momma was staring me down. I didn’t realize owls made nests. Momma looked like a great horned owl. Surprised she doesn’t just pick it up and put it back in the nest.

There is an old thread somewhere called things found while shed hunting besides sheds...or something to that effect. Its a classic for sure. Maybe we can revive it.
