Sounds like his 13 year old daughter was with him. He just had another daughter in 2019, so he leaves a wife and 3 daughters. I didn't like Kobe, but that's a sad situation for sure.
Yea, NBA doesn't gather my attention. But he is one of the best ever. Seems like he was really into making kids motivational books. Sad for his family

Like Jesse, I’m not a Kobe fan. It is a sad situation though. His daughter, a baseball coach at a community college, his wife and daughter... very sad.

Not a NBA fan - never watched a game but Kobe was a hero to his family - friends - and fans - he did a lot for kids and his community - RIP Kobe

Been a Lakers fan my entire life, starting back in the 80's showtime era. Many lives were lost in the crash, including three young teenage girls. Very sad. RIP to all nine.
Yeah, it’s sad that the others that died in this terrible accident get lost in the news as they had families and will be missed by those they touched and possibly had bright futures that will not be fulfilled. 
That’s more like it, I can support those comments! Lots lost here and it really is a shame.
Anyone see the petition going around from Change? Not a single mention of anyone besides Kobe and his daughter. TMZ leaked the information before the family’s were notified. Another sad part of this story

It’s been dominating the news locally (he went to high school in a philly suburb)....they need to move on...I’m sure there is other news they can report. It’s just way too much coverage.
