Looking for a processor in the Medina/Cuyahoga area

Looking for a processor in the Medina/cuyahoga ish area.

I’m part of the Medina park gun hunt this year and looking for a processor in the area for possibly 1-2 deer(maybe wishful thinking haha). I’ve always done my own. I usually hunt in West Virginia and southern Ohio where a have a set up to do my own processing. I live in cuyahoga county in a condo so I’m assuming it would cause some issues with neighbors hanging a deer in the shared carports and doing it myself haha. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

i dont think you can bring deer in the state unless its deboned, I had to debone before bringing in from Michigan, I could be wrong

I used to use a guy out of N Royalton- i think he was a giane eagle butcher.
Stopped going there when i moved. Not sure if he still does it but here is his old contact info I had

Get some game bags from Black Ovis, quarter the deer in the field and place the meat in the game bags. Then take it home and take the bags inside the condo to debone and process the meat.

That is my current plan unless I can find a good price for a butcher. Im just trying to make sure I keep my options open.

Not sure how far you’re willing to drive, but Bellevue Meats is about as good as it gets when it comes to processing deer. They are located about 50-55 miles west of Medina. Easy drive down 18 to 20 west.

There is a place out in magadore as well, really good reviews. I think it’s Durma meats or something like that. I know a new Medina guys take it there.
