Wow! How'd that happen? They get on a fresh deer track or something? Hope you find them!

If you ever lose a dog and you're out of options for the day, one other thing to try is to leave your hunting coat on the ground in the general area where you last saw the dog. You go back the next morning and the dog will typically be right there barring any other misfortune. Hope you get them back - no fun looking and wondering.
