I bought this chipper and tore everything off to replace the oil seal. There was a lot of tree fiber wrapped around the shaft and under the oil seal. After I replaced the seal I ran the motor and it did not leak oil. I reassembled the chipper assembly and tested it on my neighbors brush pile. It worked great for about a half hour and then it started leaking oil again. This sucks. There's 3,000 bolts on this thing. I'm wondering if this is a common occurrence and design flaw.
