My son wanted to shoot a deer at our house in NC, so he put some corn out behind the house. The third day he shot a doe off the back porch. He wanted to process it ourselves, so I said let's go for it, I have never done it but we will figure it out. Watched stalekracker's video and it was very useful and pretty easy.

Looks like ya got a great setup to use the golf ball skinning method. That’s the only way I do it now days if I do process one myself.
Well we are trimming and processing, first time for us and we don't know what we are doing, but we are doing it.
