My last batch of arrows were Gold Tip Traditional 500 spine with a 200 gr. tip weight. These shafts have an 8.6 gpi and a TAW of 490. It wasn't my intention to build a lighter weight arrow, but the Gold Tip Hunter XT 500 spine shafts are 7.3 gpi. 
I'm able to use a 175 gr. tip weight with these new arrows, which is making for a very fast arrow flight. 
At 430 TAW and 16% FOC, these arrows are 9.5 gpp. However, they're extremely accurate and the flight is perfect, so I can't complain.
Bare shaft flight is surprisingly good too.
