Say you're reading a post and would like to PM the user to ask a question, get clarification, or just something that's on your mind that their post made you think of.. Before you had to make mention of the reason you were sending them a pm. Hope they remember what they said, and or send them a link to their post.
I added a "Quote to PM" feature. By clicking on the users name you will see a drop down menu with the option to "Quote this post in a PM"
Here is a Screen shot of the location. Clicking this would open a pm to 1horn with his post already quoted for me.
