New rule for deer season

Trophy is in the eye of the beholder, do I pass on deer yes, but I honestly don't judge anyone that shoots a four point (not saying anyone on here does). Like others have said not everyone has great hunting land, opportunity and etc. I know some guys that have went 20 years until they killed their first deer. In north west on Ohio, where I do majority of my bow hunting, I feel like that deer are very nomadic and travel a lot, it I think the deer I see is even anywhere near 130 typically I am flinging arrows. I have seen to many deer I have passed on killed by cars and other hunters.
