Oh this is just great news for us as didn't already have problems with deer vision. LOL
But at least we know now the deer still see well with their head down.

I never doubt a deer's vision, either they gotta be looking away or behind a tree.

Pretty neat stuff. A few years ago I had an eight point come in to my setup. I heard him coming and got stood up and ready with the bow. By the time he was in view he was at 15 yards. I decided he was not a shooter and wanted to sit back down. It was then I noticed his right eye was completely white and he must be blind on that side. He looked over his left shoulder and I took my opportunity to sit back down. That buck tore out of there like his butt was on fire. Must not have been all that blind. Lol.
